Golden Hour Classic Car Shooting in Barcelona
Ninety minutes, two locations, one 1981 BMW E21 Baur convertible, and the last hour of Mediterranean light before sunset. You bring your camera or ours, we bring the car, the driver and the routing that gets you into the good light instead of a traffic jam.
What this is (and what it is not)
This is not a car rental. You never drive the car and you never deal with a deposit, a rental agreement or a fuel gauge. You book a session: our driver brings the Stratosblau Metallic convertible to the location, positions it for the camera, moves it when the light shifts, and puts the Baur roof down when the frame calls for it.
It exists because the full production day at 450€ is the right product for a crew, and completely the wrong product for two people who want twenty extraordinary photographs. The session is the small version: same rare car, same golden hour, a fraction of the commitment.
The car is the subject or the set piece, depending on what you came for. Couples use it for engagement and anniversary shoots. Creators use it for a content drop that does not look like everyone else's. Brands use it when a studio shot would be forgettable.

Additional 30 minutes: 90€. Sessions run seven days a week, subject to availability and weather.
A word about usage rights
The first two sessions cover personal use: your own feed, your prints, your album. The moment the images are used to sell something — a product, a service, a paid campaign, a brand account — you need the Creator & Brand session, which includes a twelve-month commercial licence. We would rather write this down clearly now than have an awkward conversation after a campaign has gone live.
When golden hour actually starts
Golden hour moves by more than four hours across the year in Barcelona. Sessions start at roughly these times, and we confirm the exact slot when we agree the date.

Where we shoot
Barceloneta and the Port Olímpic breakwater for water and low sun. The Gothic quarter and the Eixample for architecture and shade contrast. Montjuïc for the city behind you. The Garraf coast road towards Sitges for open road and cliff. Bunkers del Carmel for the skyline. We pair two of them into one route so no time is lost in traffic, and we tell you honestly which combinations do not work at a given time of year.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your date and roughly what you want the images for.
- We propose a start time built backwards from that day's sunset, and two locations that pair well.
- You confirm with a 30% deposit. The balance is due on the day.
- We meet at the first location. From there it is ninety minutes of light.
Frequently asked questions
Can I drive the car?
No. The session always includes our driver, and driving the car yourself is not offered at any price. If you need the car as a vehicle rather than as a subject, that is the production day rental instead.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule at no cost, as many times as needed, until we get a usable evening. You cannot negotiate with golden hour or with rain, so we do not pretend otherwise.
Do you provide the photographer?
Optionally. The base session assumes you bring your own photographer or shoot it yourself. The 490€ session includes a professional photographer and 25 retouched images delivered within 72 hours.
How many people can join?
Two guests on the standard sessions, four on the Creator & Brand session. The car is a two-door convertible, and more bodies in frame is rarely the thing that makes the picture better.
Can we shoot at sunrise instead?
Yes, at the same rate. Sunrise in Barcelona gives you empty streets and a colder, cleaner light, and it is the only way to have the Barceloneta seafront to yourself in summer.
Is the car allowed in the city centre?
Yes. The car is currently authorised to operate within Barcelona's ZBE Low Emission Zone for professional work, and full historic-vehicle classification is in progress with the DGT.
